A group of students from Ploytechnic University SPEED selected The Society for AIDS Care as the organization for their Final Year Project. An exhibition was held in late November to showcase their work on promoting our organization. They also designed a game for their booth about AIDS for participants.

Winners of “Invisible Mask” Mask Design Contest: Ms. Shin Jee Eun from Po Leung Kuk C W Chu College (Secondary Division) and Mr. Mok Ka Tsun (Public Division), along with Ms. Yiu Wing Tung, representative of St. Stephen’s Church College, recipient of Most Active Participation School Award, were interviewed on the radio programme “Made in Hong Kong Alex Lee” in the session in collaboration with Equal Opportunities Commission, sharing their reflections upon winning as well as their thoughts on accepting people living with HIV/AIDS. “Know More about AIDS” School Talk
A school talk was held at HKCWC Fung Yiu King Memorial Secondary School, presenting AIDS information and prevention to about 250 students in effort to raise their understanding and awareness for AIDS. Students were attentive, raising thoughtful questions regarding the presentation. They took a photo with some students holding the “I promise, I will not discriminate against people living with HIV/AIDS” to show their support and care.
